Tasman Clingan (b: 4 July 1988) was selected for the Richmond Football Club in the 2007 Rookie Draft.

Upon his selection, he was presented with Guernsey Number 45 for the 2007 Season.
He was selected in the squad / as well as played in some 2007 Pre Season matches.
He also played for the Richmond Reserves against Coburg Tigers in the curtain raiser before the 2007 NAB Cup Challenge Match between Richmond and Melbourne on 10 March 2007.
On 17 March 2007, he played for the Coburg Tigers against a Bendigo team, in the curtain raiser of the Hawthorn v Essendon Challenge Match at Casey Fields.

Tas Clingan was delisted by the Richmond Football Club on 21 October 2007, along with Brent Hartigan, Andrew Krakouer and Patrick Bowden.
He did not play a senior game of football for Richmond.
